You’re already, always enough.
It might be hard to feel this when you’re overwhelmed with caring for everyone and everything around you and the to-do list just keeps getting longer. You might not know how you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
Reclaim a space to contemplate who you are and how you show up in this phase of life, while growing deeper roots that keep you steadier through whatever comes next.
Get more clarity for life’s biggest questions.
How do we find our way back home to ourselves when so much has changed?
You might be feeling a lack of spark to do things that used to bring you joy, and don’t know how to get it back.
How do we care for others when we have big feelings of our own?
You might be thinking about experiences from your own childhood that you’ve never explored. Maybe you’re trying to honor your child’s big emotions when no one honored yours when you were little.
How do we use fiery emotions to define our boundaries and take the next right steps?
You might be feeling anger, rage, frustration, or resentment. Maybe someone told you to “enjoy every moment,” and you don’t.
How do we find peace and safety when so much feels uncertain?
You might find yourself worrying more than you want-about seemingly “small” or big, existential things or anything in between. Worry may feel new, or be an inherited trait that you’d rather not pass down further.
I see therapy as:
A place where all of you is welcome.
A chance to experiment with new practical, tactical and potent ways to feel more like yourself.
A space to get to know veiled parts of yourself with levity, bravery, and kindness.
A skillful, intuitive blend of art and science where I follow your lead yet help you stay honest and growing.
A place to cultivate presence in a distracted world.
An opportunity to think together about your ancestry, your legacy, and how to get your kids out the door in the morning.
And a place to explore how to be the best human you can be for yourself, and for all of the people that love you.
I’m passionate about…
-

Planning
Deciding whether, when and how many children to have is one of life’s biggest choices. These are often complex and layered decisions, and it can be useful to have a caring human with you to find clarity.
-

Pregnancy
For a lot of clients I work with, pregnancy can be a time of complex emotions-growing into a parent as you grow a human. This can also be a time to fortify your emotions, relationship, and lifestyle as you prepare to welcome your baby.
-

Postpartum
Postpartum and perinatal therapy can treat mood and anxiety disorders, offer practical and tactical tips, and space to get to know ourselves in a brand new way. It can also help set your relationship with your child up for success.
-

Parenting
What’s often available in hard moments with our kids is what feels familiar, but might not be what we want to provide. From newborns to tweens, therapy can help you explore your past and present in order to serve your future as a parent.
-

Perimenopause
How do we enter this next chapter bolder, wiser, and more ourselves than ever while surviving hot flashes, anxiety, tweens and teens, and thoughts about aging? Therapy can be a space to bring all of yourself, and get to know yourself even better.
Often, the most radical revolutions are the quiet, personal ones. The way we endeavor to stay soft and curious in a world that wants us to move faster and think less. Or to parent very differently than we were parented.
When we take care of ourselves from the inside out, we are also caring for those who love and depend on us most.
I believe seeking therapy is an act of kindness, to ourselves and the world around us, as well as a courageous commitment to a better life.

We’ll meet as long as you’d like. Some clients like to work on a short-term issue that we can resolve quickly.
